Founder Victoria's journey began in South Carolina and took her through Italy and New York before settling in Charlotte, NC. With a background in international business and a career in Manhattan’s beauty industry, she returned south in 2006. Her Italian heritage—rooted in Puglia—and time living and traveling in Italy deeply shaped her passion for its food and culture.

Jura Elektroapparate AG is a Swiss company specializing in the development and distribution of household appliances, with a primary focus on espresso machines. Headquartered in Niederbuchsiten in the Canton of Solothurn, the company was founded in 1931 by Leo Henzirohs. While Jura originally operated its own manufacturing facility, it has outsourced production since the 1990s.
