Easter Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS
6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tbsp relish
1/2 tbsp chopped chives
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
A few dashes of Green Tabasco
1 half lemon, squeezed
INSTRUCTIONS
- Hard-boil and peel the eggs. Slice them in half lengthwise.
- Place the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add mustard, mayo, lemon juice, relish, and paprika. Stir in half of the chives and half of the crumbled bacon. Season with salt, pepper, and green Tabasco to taste.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Garnish with the remaining bacon, chives, and sprinkle with paprika.
Pro Tip: How to boil the perfect egg (for deviled eggs)
Place eggs in a pot and cover with about 1 inch of water
Bring to a rolling boil
Turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes
Transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes
Peel to perfection
