Easter Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

6 hard-boiled eggs

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp mustard

1/2 tbsp relish

1/2 tbsp chopped chives

6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

A few dashes of Green Tabasco

1 half lemon, squeezed

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Hard-boil and peel the eggs. Slice them in half lengthwise.
  • Place the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add mustard, mayo, lemon juice, relish, and paprika. Stir in half of the chives and half of the crumbled bacon. Season with salt, pepper, and green Tabasco to taste.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Garnish with the remaining bacon, chives, and sprinkle with paprika.

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with about 1 inch of water

  2. Bring to a rolling boil

  3. Turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes

  4. Transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes

  5. Peel to perfection
